Narrative

AN I BEAM 20' LONG WAS BEING RAISED USING A COME-A-LONG, ONE ON EITHER END OF THE I-BEAM. ONE OF THE CHAINS BROKE ALLOWING THE I BEAM TO FALL, STRIKING MAN JUST ABOVE THE KNEE.
