Narrative

WORKER WAS AIR LANCING FROM STAGE #4 CONE ON PREHEATER #5 PLATFORM, WHEN AN AIR PURGE CAUSED HOT DIRT MATERIAL TO BLOW OUT THE OPEN DOOR. THIS CAUSED BURNS TO BOTH FOREARMS AND THE FACE.
