Narrative

EE WAS BENDING A PIECE OF REBAR TO USE AS FILL FOR A WELD. HE STUCK THE BAR IN A HOLE IN THE WELD TRUCK AND WAS PULLING ON IT. THE BAR SLIPPED OUT OF THE HOLE AND HE WAS STRUCK BY THE BAR.
