EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TAPE CABLES WHILE CUTTING SOME OLD TAPE OFF THE CABLE, THE UTILITY KNIFE SLIPPED CUTTING HIS LEFT HAND. THE MINE WAS IDLE FROM 6-23 TILL 7-10.
