HE WAS USING A GRINDER TO GRIND ON A PIECE OF PIPE. HE WEDGED THE GRINDER BETWEEN 2 PIECES OF PIPE, WHICH CAUSED THE GRINDING WHEEL TO KICK BACK & STRIKE HIS RIGHT KNEE.
