THE AIRSHAFT #3 ELEVATOR MALFUNCTIONED DUE TO THE ELEVATOR CONTROL CABLE FAILURE. THE ELEVATOR WAS INOPERABLE. NO PERSONS WERE ON THE ELEVATOR AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF SERVICE FROM 0750 UNTIL 0845.
