Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS AIR ARCING TO REMOVE BLOCKS FROM TRUCK BED, SO NEW ONES COULD BE INSTALLED. A LARGE PIECE OF SLAG CAME OFF, AND FELL DOWN HIS LEFT BOOT, RESULTING IN 3RD DEGREE BURN JUST ABOVE HIS LEFT ANKLE.
