AS EMPLOYEE WAS RIPPING BINDER THE DOZER HIS A SOFT SPOT CAUSING IT TO SPEED UP. AS THE DOZER WAS SPEEDING UP IT HIT A HARD SPOT AND CAME TO AN UBRUPT HALT, GIVING THE EMPLOYEE WHIPPLASH.
