Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING KILN SURFACE WITH A GRINDER AND A BROOM. DUST CREATED FROM THE CLEANING INSIDE THE KILN CAUSED A LUNG IRRITATION. THE RESPIRATOR AND DUST MASK USED BY THE EMPLOYEE FAILED AND CAUSED THE LUNG EXPOSURE.
