EMPLOYEE HAD CHANGED THE REFUGE FILTER OUT AND WAS CLIMBING DOWN WHEN HIS FEET SLIPPED AND HE PULLED OR JERKED HIS LOWER BACK. HE FELL APPROX 3-4 FT.
