Narrative

THE MECHANIC WAS REMOVING A TRANSMISION FILTER HOUSING WITH A RATCHET WRENCH. WHEN THE BOLT CAME LOOSE, THE MECHANIC'S ELBOW STRUCK THE TRUCK'S FRAME CAUSING A SMALL FRACTURE TO THE ELBOW.
