Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS IN ARE 512 WEST. WHILE MOVING THE ROOF BOLTER FROM ONE BOLT LOCATION TO ANOTHER, THE BOLTER SWUNG TO THE LEFT AND THE STABILIZER BAR STRUCK THE INSIDE AREA OF HIS RIGHT FOOT ANKLE.
