EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE CONTINUOUS MINER USING A PORTA-POWER. THE PORTA-POWER FELL, AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON HIS RIGHT ARM CAUSING A FRACTURE TO THE ULNA BONE.
