CHERRY PICKER CRANE WAS BEING OPERATED WITHOUT OUTRIGGERS EXTENDED, TIPPED OVER AND FELL ON THE MINER AND CRUSHED HIM UNDER THE BOOM AGAINST THE GROUND. SIGNIFICANT BRUISING, COLLAPSED LUNG.
