Narrative

THE INJURED WAS TRAMMING THE ROOF BOLTER UP INTO#3 HEADING WHEN HE STEPPED ON A ROCK & HIS FOOT SLIPPED & WENT UNDER THE TIRE. THE MACHINE ROLLED ON TOP OF HIS RIGHT FOOT.
