EMPLOYEE WAS ON A RAILCAR WHILE IT WAS BEING LOADED WHEN MATERIAL CAME OUT ALL AT ONCE AND STRUCK RAILCAR TIPPING RAILCAR, CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO BREAK ELBOWS AND WRIST.
