EMPLOYEE WAS USING A UTILITY KNIFE TO CUT SOFT CONDUIT OFF CONTINUOUS MINER CABLE, THE KNIFE SLIPPED, CUTTING HIS LEFT HAND. SUTURES WERE REQUIRED TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
