Narrative

WE MINE 8 FT. OF COAL. THE MAN WAS HANGING A RUN THRU CHECK WHICH REQUIRES REACHING THE ROOF. HE CLIMBED ON THE END OF A SHUTTLE CAR AND SLIPPED BETWEEN THE SUPPORT ARM & FRAME, TWISTING HIS LEG.
