WHILE EXAMINING THE RETURN AIR COURSE, A ROOF FALL WAS OBSERVED AT APPROX 4:52 IN #1 ENTRY OF 2ND NORTH WEST MAINS. FALL WAS 7' HIGH BY 18' WIDE BY 60' LONG THROUGH X-CUT.
