INJURED STATED THAT ON 6-2-00 HE WAS HANGING A BLOCKCURTAIN AND TWISTED HIS KNEE. HE HAD NO LOST TIME UNTIL 8-10-00 AT WHICH TIME HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR.
