EE WAS HOLDING END OF 2"" AIRHOSE WHEN LODGED MATERIAL RELEASED AND STRUCK EE IN LEFT ARM KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND. EE RETURNED TO WORK. AFTER WORKING FOR 2 DAYS, EE SAID HE COULD NOT WORK BE CAUSE HE WAS TOO SORE.
