THE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO MAKE A BELT SET-UP AND WAS CARRYING A TOP ROLLER WHEN HE TRIPPED OVER SOEMTHING CAUSING HIM TO FALL, BRUISED HIS LOWER BACK AND LEGS.
