LABORER WAS ASSIGNED TO OPERATE A SKID STEER LOADER LOCATED NEAR THE MINE SERVICE BUILDING. ENTRY INTO THE OPERATOR'S CAB IS VIA THE BUCKET. SHE SLIPPED ON SNOW/ICE IN THE BUCKET AND TWISTED H ER LEFT KNEE. SHE BEGAN LOSING TIME ON 8-30-00 FOR SURGICAL REPAIR.
