EMPLOYEE WAS TRAMMING ROOF BOLTER FROM #6 ENTRY TO #7 ENTRY. THE ATRS AT BOLTER CAUGHT VENTILATION CURTAIN AND HE PLACED HIS ARM UPON EDGE OF DECK TO RAISE HIMSELF UP TO GET BETTER VISION AND CAUGHT HIS ARM BETWEEN RIB AND DECK.
