EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING 5 GALLON OIL CAN WHEN HE TRIPPED OVER 3"" HOSES. HE FELL, STRIKING HIS RIGHT HIP ON THE OIL CAN AND TWISTING HIS KNEE.
