EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING LUGS ON HAUL TRUCK WITH A TORQUE MULTIPLIER. AS THE EMPLOYEE ENGAGED THE MULTIPLIER HIS FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN TOOL & RIM.
