EMPLOYEE CLAIMS SHE WENT UP ON GRATING ABOVE HOPPER TO PUSH DAMP MATERIAL THROUGH GRATING. WHEN SHE TURNED TO LEAVE, A SECTION OF UNSECURED GRATING FLIPPED UP AND EMPLOYEE FELL THROUGH OPENIN G. SHE CAUGHT HERSELF BEFORE FALLING ALL THE WAY DOWN.
