EE STATED THAT HE WAS INSTALLING A BOLT OFF OF THE MINER ON THE TUBE SIDE, WHILE DOING SO A SPAD PULLED OUT OF THE TOP ALLOWING THE TUBES TO FALL AND STRIKE HIM INJURING HIS BACK.
