EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING LIFT A CAP FOR A SANDWALL. AFTER LIFTING THE CAP, WHILE HE STILL HAD HOLD OF IT, HE TWISTED & PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS LOWERBACK. HE WAS PLACED ON RESTRICTED DUTY.
