EE'S WIFE CALLED ON 9/23/00 2 MINE SITE AROUND 4:00 PM AND SAID HAD HURT HIS BACK WHEN THEY CARRIED AN INJURED MAN OFF THE SECTION THE DAY BEFORE. THE ACCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED TO THE SECTION FOREMAN.
