Narrative

EE WAS CUTTING OFF THE PLASTIC CARRYING HANDLE EARS OF A 12 VOLT BATTERY WITH A UTILITY KNIFE. HE WAS PULLING TOWARDS HIS BODY WITH THE UTLILITY KNIFE WHEN IT SLIPPED. HE ENDED UP STICKING HI S RIGHT LEG WITH THE KNIFE THE PUNCUTURE/LACERATION REQUIRED SUTURES
