Narrative

WHILE REMOVING BELT CLAMP TO PULL BELT, ROPE BROKE PINCHING LEFT HAND AGAINST TOP STRUCTURE. THIS CAUSED A LACERATION TO EMPLOYEE'S LEFT THUMB &INDEX FINGER REQUIRING 7 SUTURES.
