Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PUT OUT REMEMBERING THE LAST FIRE ONE DRAGLINE AND THE DAMAGE IT DONE. WHEN EMPLOYEE PULLED HIS FACE SCBA MASK OFF AND PUT IT BACK ON HE DID NOT GET A GOOD SEAL.
