EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCKS AT THE SCALE TO WEIGH HIS LOAD- HE HAD TO CLIMB DOWN OVERTHE RAIL. HE STEPPED WRONG AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE.
