EE WAS HELPING TO MOVE AN ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST AND WHILE BEING LOWERED TO THE GROUND, THE PALLETS ON WHICH HE WAS STANDING HUNG ON A GUARD AND TILTED THE PALLETS TO ONE SIDE CAUSING HIM TO FAL L APPROX 6 - 8 FEET ONTO A STACK OF PALLETS ON HIS BACK.
