Narrative

MEMBER WAS DRILLING A HOLE TO PUT UP A BOLT IN ABOLTHOLE. AS HE TRIED TO START THE HOLE A PIECE OF ROCK MEASURING 13"" X 7"" X 3 TO 4"" THICK FELL OUT HITTING HIM ON THE LEFT SHOULDER AND ELBOW.
