AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE GALATIA NORTH 5TH WEST HEADGATE ENTRY #2 AT 4550'WESTTHE FALL WAS 30' LONG, 20' WIDE, & 6' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP
