Narrative

ROOF BOLTER OPERATOR WAS SPOTTING BOLT BACK THATHAD BEEN DISLODGED FROM THE ROOF. AFTER DRILLING ABOUT 6INCHES OF THE HOLE, ROCK FELL STRIKING CANOPY THEN SLID AND HIT OPERATOR.
