MAN BURNT HIS EYES. HE WAS OPERATING AN AUTOMATIC ARC GOUGE, BACK GOUGING A ROUND SEAM. HE HAD A WELDING HOOD AND DARK GLASSES. BUT HE STILL GOT HIS EYES BURNT.
