EE STATED IN THE COURSE OF HIS NORMAL DUTIES THAT HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. THE EE HAD BENT OVER TO PICK UP A PIECE OF RUBBER BELT MAT WHEN THE PAIN BECAME WORSE. THE EE HAS A HISTORY OF BACK INJURIES.
