Narrative
TWO EMPLOYEES WERE INSTALLING A 4"" ELBOW. ONE EE DROPPED HIS END OF THE ELBOW AND HIT THE OTHER EE ON THE NOSE. THIS RESULTED IN A BROKEN NOSE.
