Narrative

INJURED EE WAS MOVING A PORTABLE BASE WITH AN OVERHEAD CRANE. THE HOOKS SLIPPED ON THE BASE CAUSING THE BASE TO TIP OVER. THE INJURED EE'S RIGHT LEG WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BASE AND A STEEL PLA TE.
