Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING A WATER VALVE. WHILE SEPARATING THE CASE THE EE PLACED HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN THE CASE AND COVER PLATE AND CONSEQUENTLY PINCHED IT BETWEEN THE PLATE AND A PRY BA R THAT WAS BEING USED TO SEPARATE THE VALVE.
