Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS HOSING DOWN WITH A 1 1/2"" HOSE. THE HOSE GOT A KINK IN IT AND AS EE WAS TRYING TO FREE THE KINK, HE LOST CONTROL OF THE HOSE CAUSING THE NOZZLE TO STRIKE HIM ON THE FACE AND SPRAY ING CAUSTIC IN BOTH EYES. EE IS NOT LOSING ANY TIME AND IS NOT ON WORK RESTRICTIONS. ING CAUSTIC IN BOTH EYES. EE IS NOT LOSING ANY TIME AND IS NOT ON WORK RESTRICTIONS.
