Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS POURING AIR LINE ANTI-FREEZE INTO AFITTING ON THE AIR LINE GOING TO THE AIR COMPRESSOR. TRAPPED AIR IN THE LINE CAUSED IT TO BLOW BACK INTO HIS FACE. HE WAS WEARING GLASSES.
