Narrative

EE WAS OPERATING A 15 TON MOTOR, AND HE HAD REDUCED THE SPEED OF THAT MOTOR AS IT APPROACHED A TRACK SWITCH. THE OPERATOR OF ANOTHER MOTOR, FOLLOWING EE S MOTOR FAILED TO SLOW DOWN FOR THAT TR ACK SWITCH, AND COLLIDED INTO THE REAR OF EE'S MOTOR. THIS KNOCKED EE INTO OPERATOR DECK FRAME, FRACTURING TWO OF HIS RIBS. NO REPORT WAS MADE OF THIS INJURY UNTIL 12-1-00.
