EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING ROOF BOLTER. WHILE LOWERING THE BOOM QUIKLY, HE LOWERED THE DRILL HEAD ONTO HIS LEG. EMPLOYEE DID NOT MISS ANY WORK HOWEVER HE WAS PLACED ON RESTRICTED DUTY.
