Narrative

SUBJECT ALONG WITH ANOTHER CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN WAS CHANGING A TIRE ON A SHUTTLE CAR. THEY HAD THE SHUTTLE CAR BLOCK UP ON CRIBS. WHEN THEY TRIED TO TURN THE BOLTS IN THE TIRE, THE CRIBS TURN ED OVER LANDING ON SUBJECT'S BIG TOE OF LEFT FOOT. THE STEEL CAP IN HIS BOOT CUT INTO THE BIG TOE OF HIS LEFT FOOT.
