Narrative

WHILE HOLDING A PRYBAR TO DRIVE A PIN OUT OF THE DRILL BOOM. THE BAR BOUNCED OVER AND HIT EE ABOVE THE LEFT EYE. THIS RESULTED IN A CUT THAT REQUIRED STITCHES. NO LOST WORK DAYS OR RESTRICTED DUTY.
