EMPLOYEE HAD A PIPE WRENCH ON THE PUMP. AS IT WAS PUSHING DOWN ON THE WRENCH, IT SLIPPED. HE SMASHED HIS THUMB BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND THE CONCRETE.
